About the role
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies and implement website optimization, personalization, and A/B testing
- Use and champion SEO best practices as well as emerging AEO and GEO strategies
- Analyze data from external search engine consoles and website search reporting to inform content and keyword strategies
- Help manage day-to-day web content updates, site refreshes, and migrations
- Plan and implement data capture and automation workflows using UX/UI principles for designing customer interactions
- Partner with sales, product marketing, and development teams on integrations with marketing technology tools and business applications
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop strong web marketing campaigns and digital strategies across multiple channels
- Continuously improve web content and experiences by capturing and analyzing attribution and performance data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in website management for an enterprise-managed CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Webflow, Drupal, WordPress
- Demonstrated knowledge of HTML/CSS, UX/UI principles of web design
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Deep understanding of metadata, indexing, SEO, SEM, and CRO
- Technical fluency to work independently with front-end developers, designers, and software engineers
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as IntelliStack, Zapier, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot
- Proficiency in marketing metrics and using performance data from web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Siteimprove
