Revenue Operations

• Serve as the administrator and power user of Salesforce, HubSpot, and connected GTM systems, ensuring seamless integrations, automation, and scalability.
• Drive system adoption across Sales and Marketing by building user-friendly workflows, enforcing best practices, and delivering ongoing training.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage revenue technology solutions (e.g., CRM, sales engagement, sales intelligence, BI tools) to support business growth
• Proactive and regular engagement with Sellers and Business Development Reps to ensure data accuracy, hygiene and adherence to qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC and BANT.
• Ensure enterprise-wide data accuracy, enrichment, governance, and compliance across Sales & Marketing systems.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to provide visibility into funnel performance, pipeline health, and key KPIs.
• Partner with leadership to translate data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
• Design, document, and optimize end-to-end revenue processes — from lead management through renewal — removing bottlenecks and driving conversion efficiency.
• Standardize service level agreements (SLAs) and reporting between Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure process standardization, adoption, and scale across the organization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development to align on revenue processes, metrics, and reporting needs.
• Act as a thought partner to sales leadership on pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue insights.

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of BDRs/SDRs through structured training, call shadowing, and role-play exercises to accelerate their growth into junior AE roles.
• Directly engage in outbound prospecting into strategic accounts and partners, demonstrating best practices while validating messaging and tactics.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs and AEs to tailor outreach with industry knowledge, positioning insights, and customer-specific strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning with regular account reviews, feedback sessions, and real-time coaching.
• Co-own pipeline targets in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Drive measurable contribution to pipeline through outbound campaigns, targeted account penetration, and refined messaging strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs including % sourced pipeline, conversion rates, velocity, and coverage.
• Ensure alignment of BDR efforts with territory/account plans and marketing campaigns.
• Build and continuously refine playbooks, processes, and templates to ensure repeatability and scalability of business development.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and data accuracy, ensuring reliable reporting and forecasting.
• Leverage both HubSpot and Salesforce (dual stack) for tracking, reporting, and enablement.
• Introduce and operationalize modern enablement technologies, including AI-based tools, to improve team productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with AEs to strategize on complex enterprise pursuits, often involving long sales cycles and multiple executive and technical stakeholders.
• Represent Ocient at senior client meetings, industry conferences, and tradeshows to help generate demand and strengthen market presence.
• Serve as a trusted bridge across Sales, Marketing, and Product, sharing field insights to refine GTM campaigns, messaging, and product positioning.
• Create an environment where early-career BDRs can see a clear career path toward becoming AEs, with structured coaching, measurable milestones, and development opportunities.

Head of Business Development

Technical Product Manager

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for storage, query processing, and system performance across the Ocient offering
• Work hand-in-hand with engineering architects to profile, analyze, and document performance and identify bottlenecks
• Develop and maintain the performance and storage roadmap aligned with strategic product goals and business outcomes
• Establish release-level performance benchmarks, review results, and approve releases for performance readiness
• Identify and de-risk new workloads through simulation, synthetic data generation, and creative testing approaches
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and solutions engineering to translate customer workload performance requirements into product specifications
