Oversee and optimize OCHIN’s systems, processes, initiatives, and tools to support the success of our members
Lead full lifecycle of strategic programs—from scoping and planning to execution and optimization—ensuring alignment with OCHIN’s mission and organizational goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners
Apply advanced project management techniques to prioritize tasks, manage resources, mitigate risks, and uphold program governance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
Use data and analytics to guide program direction, improve deliverables, and enhance member experience
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and internal services
Promote a member-centric culture and uphold OCHIN’s brand integrity through consistent use of tools, documentation, and knowledge-sharing practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience in program/project management required
Minimum 3 years of Epic Ambulatory and/or Healthy Planet experience strongly preferred (proficiency in both applications a plus)
Healthcare Payer experience preferred
PMP a plus
Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic decision-making
Experience in budgeting and financial management to ensure program sustainability and resource alignment
Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and relationship management across internal and external partners.
