- Support OCHIN’s mission by leveraging deep technical expertise and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Resolve complex technical issues, optimize processes, and implement innovative solutions
- Align technical strategies with business objectives and foster collaboration with non-technical stakeholders
- Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality according to specifications and requirements
- Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address maintenance issues
- Drive documentation and knowledge sharing to support process improvement across teams
- Engage in skill development and competency growth in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements
Requirements
- Certification/proficiency in Epic Resolute HB or HB Claims
- At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute HB/HB Claims Applications Analyst
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Epic PB module build
- Strong communication skills
- Must act with integrity and accountability
- Process and detail-oriented focusing on data-driven decision making
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented
- Completion of a 50-60 minute competency assessment prior to team interview
