Program Manager

• Support Lab and R&D System Solutions and Private 5G Communications across multiple programs and customers
• Lead the execution of relatively small technical projects or specific segments of larger programs
• Oversee all project phases, from concept to implementation
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, resources, scope, and contract deliverables
• Define project scope, develop work plans, schedules, estimates, and resource allocation
• Lead project meetings, track progress, analyze outcomes
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams
• Interface with key stakeholders, including end users, IT services, and client services
