About the role
- The Back Office Administrator plays a central role in store operations.
- Ensure that administrative processes, orders and internal procedures are implemented efficiently.
- Capture, maintain and track orders and work orders.
- Administrative handling of daily store and sales operations, including internal coordination.
- Support the sales team in the preparation of proposal and quotation documents.
- Professional communication with manufacturers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update customer, project and order data.
- Coordinate delivery dates and follow up on deviations.
- Structured documentation and audit-compliant filing of all order- and project-related documents.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in the back office, administration, order management or sales back office
- Strong organizational skills and a very structured, precise and reliable working style
- High sense of responsibility and a strong quality awareness in administrative processes
- Enjoy working with sales teams in a project-oriented sales environment
- Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems and CRM applications is an advantage
- Very good German skills, spoken and written; English skills desirable
