• Own the full sales cycle across DoD accounts, from prospecting through close and renewal.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline aligned with Obviant’s growth targets.
• Drive predictable execution across long, multi-stakeholder government sales cycles.
• Develop account strategies that support land-and-expand adoption within organizations.
• Build trusted relationships with program managers, acquisition professionals, operators, and senior leadership.
• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and mission priorities to clearly articulate value.
• Lead product demonstrations, briefings, and executive-level conversations.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally to inform product direction and roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine DoD-focused GTM strategy.

• Identify new entry points, programs, and buying centers within the DoD.

Account Executive – Government

Product Manager

• Own product areas end-to-end, from problem definition through delivery and iteration.
• Develop and maintain product vision, roadmaps, and priorities aligned with company goals.
• Make tradeoffs between speed, scope, and quality to maximize user impact.
• Define success metrics and use data, user feedback, and judgment to guide decisions.
• Develop deep understanding of user workflows across government, industry, and investor use cases.
• Engage directly with users to identify pain points, validate solutions, and uncover new opportunities.
• Translate complex, domain-specific problems into clear product requirements and narratives.
• Partner closely with engineering to scope work, write clear requirements, and drive predictable delivery.
• Break large initiatives into iterative, measurable increments that ship quickly.
• Support design reviews, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Ensure product decisions are clearly communicated and well understood across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and leadership on prioritization and execution.

Research Analyst

• Identify and Onboard New Data Sources: Lead exhaustive research to identify, evaluate, and obtain new OSINT sources. Establish and maintain relationships with third-party data providers to continuously expand platform capabilities.
• Perform Strategic Research and Analysis: Conduct exhaustive research and advanced analysis, including writing SQL for quantitative conclusions and leading the qualitative analysis of unstructured sources (e.g., program documents) to extract nuance, intent, and context. This work establishes analytical frameworks, enables evidence-based decisions, and sets the foundation for all product features.
• Clean and Structure Data for Production: Profile, validate, and work with engineering to transform raw, complex data into standardized formats that integrate seamlessly with our existing infrastructure and support automation.
• Build and Maintain Data Workflows: Create and document repeatable processes for efficient data ingestion, comprehensive quality checks, and maintenance, ensuring the system can scale.
• Create and Maintain a Data Audit Structure: Design and implement robust data checks within existing frameworks, performing cross-source comparisons to ensure absolute accuracy and data integrity.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Serve as the go-to data domain expert, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into robust data solutions and inform the product roadmap. This includes creating quick-turnaround dashboards to test insights with real users before productization.
• Document data assets — Create and maintain data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and process guides that enable teams to understand and use data effectively

Data & Research Analyst

Engineer

• Deploy and operationalize Obviant’s analytics platform within the Department of War and related organizations, ensuring successful adoption and measurable mission outcomes.
• Work side-by-side with users to understand their workflows, pain points, and objectives.
• Design, implement, and iterate on configurations, data models, and workflows that bring clarity and automation to complex operational processes.
• Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to translate mission requirements into scalable product improvements.
• Act as the connective tissue between users and the technical stack — guiding organizations on how to use Obviant most effectively, and how to evolve their processes alongside it.
• Drive user training, onboarding, and sustained engagement to ensure enduring success in the field.
• Travel to customer sites and work directly alongside mission teams to support deployments and field adoption

Forward Deployed Engineer

DevOps Engineer

• Design, implement, and operate secure, cloud-native infrastructure that powers Obviant’s core platform
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable high-velocity, high-reliability shipping across teams
• Work with containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes) to automate deployments and manage environments
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks to standardize and scale system provisioning
• Implement and uphold DevSecOps best practices—hardening images, managing vulnerabilities, and automating security controls
• Collaborate with full-stack engineers and data teams to support ingestion pipelines, new product workflows, and user-facing features
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues in real time, identify root causes, and drive long-term improvements to reliability and performance
• Participate in research and development to improve automation, observability, build tooling, and operational efficiency
• Contribute directly to how government technology is built and delivered by shaping infrastructure strategy end-to-end
