About the role

  • Develop high-quality visual assets for digital and print marketing initiatives
  • Design presentations, social media creatives, campaign materials, branding elements, and advocacy marketing assets
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams
  • Participate in internal meetings and creative discussions
  • Take full ownership of deliverables from concept to final execution
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials
  • Proactively suggest creative improvements and innovative approaches
  • Modernize design process using AI tools where applicable
  • Manage files within our internal systems and follow structured processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Experience designing for digital campaigns and social media
  • Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Strong familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Canva AI, etc.)
  • Ability to integrate AI into creative workflows to improve efficiency and output quality
  • Interest in staying up to date with emerging creative technologies and trends
  • Comfortable working within Microsoft Teams and shared digital workspaces
  • Willingness to be integrated into our communication channels and file systems
  • Clear communicator who can interpret briefs and translate them into strong creative outputs
  • High level of accountability and ownership over deliverables
  • Ability to receive feedback constructively and independently implement improvements
