Executive Assistant

• Manage and optimize the CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, and appointments
• Prioritize scheduling based on business impact and urgency
• Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and meeting summaries
• Track follow-ups and ensure timely execution of action items
• Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and board members, investors, executives, and partners
• Draft, edit, and review emails, and official correspondence
• Attend meetings alongside the CEO
• Take meeting minutes, capture decisions and action items
• Ensure accurate and professional representation of the CEO at all times
• Provide solutions to personal matters not limited to reminders to the CEO when required including personal calendar.
• Track key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables
• Maintain organized and secure records of sensitive information
• Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Follow secure communication and data-handling best practices
• Act with a high level of integrity and professionalism
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
• Manage expense tracking and reimbursements
• Organizing meetings and executive engagements
