About the role
- Provide in-home occupational therapy visits under the supervision of a Occupational Therapist
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement
- Document visits in WellSky/Kinnser in a timely manner
- Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team
Requirements
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Assistant program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Active California COTA license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes
- Home Healthcare experience
- Experience with the Kinnser/Wellsky EMR preferred (not required)
