About the role
- Overall responsibility for revenue, margin and EBIT of the Business Unit
- Management and supervision of all Business Central projects
- Ensuring delivery quality, adherence to schedules and customer satisfaction
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of consultants, project managers, architects and students
- Capacity and utilization management
- Building resources and skills to reduce external dependencies
- Escalation point for project managers and clients
- Further development of the service portfolio and establishment of scalable structures
- Close collaboration with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies
- KPI-based reporting, forecasting and deriving operational measures
- Participation in proposal approvals within the defined authority framework
Requirements
- Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Leadership experience with profit and/or divisional responsibility
- Strong understanding of project management, utilization logic and margin mechanics
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong decision-making ability
- Confident presence at management and C-level
- Experience in steering committees and escalation management
- Ability to lead and develop cross-site teams
- Very good command of English
