About the role

  • Overall responsibility for the Business Unit's revenue, margin and EBIT
  • Management and supervision of all Business Central projects
  • Ensuring delivery quality, adherence to deadlines and customer satisfaction
  • Disciplinary and technical leadership of consultants, project managers, architects and students
  • Capacity and utilization management
  • Building resources and skills to reduce external dependencies
  • Escalation point for project managers and customers
  • Further development of the service portfolio and establishment of scalable structures
  • Close collaboration with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies
  • KPI-based reporting, forecasting and definition of operational measures
  • Participation in proposal approvals within the defined competency framework

Requirements

  • Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Leadership experience with P&L or business unit responsibility
  • Strong understanding of project management, capacity planning and margin mechanics
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong decision-making skills
  • Confident presence at management and C-level
  • Experience in steering committees and escalation management
  • Ability to lead and develop multi-site/distributed teams
  • Very good command of English
