About the role

  • Research and identify companies and contacts relevant to target audiences
  • Analyze competitors
  • Conduct initial phone outreach (cold calling)
  • Coordinate and support the internal phone acquisition team
  • Document, evaluate and produce reports on acquisition results
  • Maintain and update leads and contacts in our CRM system
  • Contribute to the development of internal sales processes
  • Support internal organizational tasks, e.g., building and maintaining SharePoint structures

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program relevant to the role (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Psychology, Marketing, Communications)
  • Interest in sales, customer communication and B2B topics
  • Structured and meticulous work style
  • Comfortable initiating telephone contact with new people
  • Enjoy working in a team and practicing open communication
  • Willing to learn, independent and responsible
  • Ideally some prior exposure to CRM systems, Excel or digital tools
  • Very good command of German, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
  • Long-term interest in the position and availability for at least 12 hours per week
