About the role
- Research and identify companies and contacts relevant to target audiences
- Analyze competitors
- Conduct initial phone outreach (cold calling)
- Coordinate and support the internal phone acquisition team
- Document, evaluate and produce reports on acquisition results
- Maintain and update leads and contacts in our CRM system
- Contribute to the development of internal sales processes
- Support internal organizational tasks, e.g., building and maintaining SharePoint structures
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program relevant to the role (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Psychology, Marketing, Communications)
- Interest in sales, customer communication and B2B topics
- Structured and meticulous work style
- Comfortable initiating telephone contact with new people
- Enjoy working in a team and practicing open communication
- Willing to learn, independent and responsible
- Ideally some prior exposure to CRM systems, Excel or digital tools
- Very good command of German, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
- Long-term interest in the position and availability for at least 12 hours per week
