About the role
- Lead and develop your team - Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to consultants and test analysts, building a high-performing and engaged team.
- Ensure successful project delivery - Work closely with Services Directors and Project Managers to ensure projects are well resourced, delivered successfully, and meet utilisation targets.
- Build trusted customer relationships - Maintain strong engagement with customers, acting as an escalation point when required and supporting long-term partnerships.
- Drive continuous improvement - Identify opportunities to improve delivery practices, tools, and methods while promoting consistency and best practice across consulting engagements.
- Support pre-sales and service evolution - Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams by providing delivery insights, effort estimates, and contributing to proposals and service improvements.
Requirements
- Experience leading consulting or professional services teams
- Strong people leadership and coaching capability
- Excellent stakeholder and customer relationship management
- Ability to plan, prioritise and coordinate delivery teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A passion for high-quality delivery and customer success
