About the role
- Develop and execute strategic outreach to hospitals, health systems, and physician groups
- Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and relationship building
- Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to proposal development and contract closure
- Meet or exceed partnership and revenue growth targets
- Leverage existing relationships and internal networks to uncover new opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting within CRM systems
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with executive leadership to penetrate new and underdeveloped markets
- Collaborate with marketing to support go-to-market strategies and campaigns
- Educate healthcare stakeholders on the value of telemedicine solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital executives, physician leaders, and key decision-makers
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and consultations with C-suite and clinical leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in healthcare
- Demonstrated success in business development, including pipeline generation and closing deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven environment
