About the role
- Source and identify qualified clinical candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Execute sourcing strategies to support a consistent pipeline of candidates at the top of the recruitment funnel
- Manage job postings and sourcing campaigns across platforms, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and present qualified candidates to recruiting partners
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Research and identify new sourcing channels, partnerships, and outreach opportunities
- Participate in projects to improve recruiting processes, tools, and technology
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
- Effective communication skills and ability to engage candidates professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare or clinical recruiting (preferred)
