About the role

  • Maintain and update clinician data within the ATS
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data for MDs/DOs, CNMs, and NPs
  • Regularly scrub lists to remove outdated or incorrect information
  • Import and verify licensure lists for physicians and advanced practice providers
  • Cross-check licensure details against state and national databases
  • Update licensure status and expiration dates within the ATS
  • Create and manage high-quality data sets for Recruiting Specialists
  • Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits
  • Develop and maintain reports related to licensure and certification status
  • Partner with Recruiting Specialists to understand data needs and provide tailored support
  • Communicate updates and changes to internal stakeholders
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and workflow efficiency

Requirements

  • 1+ year of administrative, data entry, or data management experience
  • Basic understanding of data management principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (preferred)
  • Experience supporting recruitment or working within healthcare data environments (preferred)
