About the role

  • You will take primary responsibility for our drugstore key accounts and strategically develop the cooperation with new and existing partners
  • You will independently conduct annual, terms/conditions and listing negotiations, ensuring existing listings are not only maintained but actively expanded
  • You will develop assortment and placement strategies and will increasingly contribute to the development of new and existing retail partnerships
  • You will plan, evaluate and support promotions and trade-marketing activities — from the idea through to POS implementation
  • You will create persuasive sales arguments based on reporting and market analyses and derive concrete, actionable growth initiatives for your customers
  • You will act as the central interface between Sales, Operations, Product Management and Marketing for all drugstore-specific topics

Requirements

  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector — ideally in the food environment or in a drugstore/near-food context
  • You have independently led annual or listing negotiations and feel confident in challenging negotiation situations
  • You have a strong understanding of assortments, product placement and trade mechanics and know how to drive growth in brick-and-mortar retail
  • You routinely use performance metrics/KPIs to make decisions and support your arguments
  • You work in a structured, self-directed way and have a clear ownership mindset
  • You communicate reliably and confidently in German (C1) and have good English skills
  • You enjoy driving change, improving processes and actively shaping your environment
  • You are willing to visit our Frankfurt office regularly to brainstorm with the team and drive projects forward
