• You appear on camera yourself and convey our brand authentically
• You produce both organic content and paid social creatives
• You monitor trends and quickly adapt relevant topics for Oatsome with a target-group focus
• You run active community management to strengthen long-term brand loyalty
• You keep a close eye on the performance of your content and derive concrete learnings
• You coordinate closely with your team to ensure a consistent brand presence
