About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Controlling for business cases and evaluation of financial performance.
Develop a company-wide controlling framework and prepare reports with relevant KPIs.
Responsible for liquidity planning and cash flow management.
Develop financing strategies to support growth.
Act as the central point of contact for finance processes and preparation of management reporting.
Serve as the interface with other departments during planning processes.
Optimize and automate finance processes.
Lead the finance team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in economics, finance, controlling or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in controlling.
Experience in a finance role within a company that produces physical products.
Strong Excel skills and experience with data visualization.
Solid understanding of accounting, ideally with DATEV experience.
Excellent team and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to maintain a company-wide perspective.
Initial leadership experience is a plus; potential and motivation are key.
