About the role

  • Full responsibility for drugstore key accounts.
  • Independently conduct annual reviews, pricing/terms negotiations and listing meetings.
  • Develop assortment and shelf-placement strategies.
  • Plan and support promotions and trade-marketing activities.
  • Develop compelling sales arguments based on reporting and market analyses.
  • Act as the central interface between Sales, Operations, Product Management and Marketing.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector.
  • Independently conducted annual reviews or listing negotiations.
  • Good understanding of assortments, shelf placement and retail mechanics.
  • Ability to use performance metrics (KPIs) to inform decisions.
  • Structured, independent working style with an ownership mindset.
  • Confident and assertive communication in German (C1) and good English skills.
  • Willingness to work regularly from the Frankfurt office.
