About the role
- Full responsibility for drugstore key accounts.
- Independently conduct annual reviews, pricing/terms negotiations and listing meetings.
- Develop assortment and shelf-placement strategies.
- Plan and support promotions and trade-marketing activities.
- Develop compelling sales arguments based on reporting and market analyses.
- Act as the central interface between Sales, Operations, Product Management and Marketing.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector.
- Independently conducted annual reviews or listing negotiations.
- Good understanding of assortments, shelf placement and retail mechanics.
- Ability to use performance metrics (KPIs) to inform decisions.
- Structured, independent working style with an ownership mindset.
- Confident and assertive communication in German (C1) and good English skills.
- Willingness to work regularly from the Frankfurt office.
