About the role

  • You take primary responsibility for our drugstore key accounts and strategically develop collaboration with both new and existing partners.
  • You independently conduct annual, pricing/terms and listing negotiations, ensuring that existing listings are not only maintained but deliberately expanded.
  • You develop assortment and placement strategies and, over time, contribute to the further development of new and existing retail partnerships.
  • You plan, evaluate and oversee promotions and trade marketing activities from concept through implementation at the POS.
  • You develop persuasive sales arguments based on reporting and market analyses and derive concrete growth initiatives for your customers.
  • You act as the central interface between Sales, Operations, Product Management and Marketing for all drugstore-specific topics.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in Key Account Management in the FMCG sector—ideally in the food segment or in a drugstore/near-food context.
  • You have independently conducted annual or listing negotiations and are confident in demanding negotiation situations.
  • You have a strong understanding of assortments, shelf placement and retail mechanics, and know how to drive growth in brick-and-mortar retail.
  • You routinely use performance metrics to make decisions and support your arguments.
  • You work in a structured, self-directed manner and have a clear ownership mindset.
  • You communicate reliably and confidently in German (C1) and have good English skills.
  • You enjoy driving change, improving processes and actively shaping your environment.
  • You are open to regularly visiting our Frankfurt office to brainstorm with the team and drive projects forward.
