About the role
- Responsibility for our drugstore (health & beauty retail) key accounts.
- Conduct annual reviews, terms/pricing negotiations and listing meetings.
- Develop assortment and shelf‑placement strategies.
- Plan and support promotions and trade marketing activities.
- Develop sales arguments and value propositions based on reporting and market analysis.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Product Management and Marketing on drugstore‑specific topics.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in key account management within the FMCG sector.
- Independently lead annual or listing meetings.
- Solid understanding of assortments, shelf placement and retail mechanics.
- Use performance metrics to inform decision‑making.
- Ability to work in a structured, independent manner.
- Confident, professional communication in German (C1) and good command of English.
- Ideally, experience working with drugstore/health & beauty retailers.
