About the role

  • Responsibility for our drugstore (health & beauty retail) key accounts.
  • Conduct annual reviews, terms/pricing negotiations and listing meetings.
  • Develop assortment and shelf‑placement strategies.
  • Plan and support promotions and trade marketing activities.
  • Develop sales arguments and value propositions based on reporting and market analysis.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Product Management and Marketing on drugstore‑specific topics.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in key account management within the FMCG sector.
  • Independently lead annual or listing meetings.
  • Solid understanding of assortments, shelf placement and retail mechanics.
  • Use performance metrics to inform decision‑making.
  • Ability to work in a structured, independent manner.
  • Confident, professional communication in German (C1) and good command of English.
  • Ideally, experience working with drugstore/health & beauty retailers.
