About the role
- Taking end-to-end ownership of Oatly’s activations in the UK and Ireland, from event concept to on-site management live day
- Connecting the dots between our agency partners, suppliers, event organisers and internal teams to ensure events are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards
- Being the on-site event lead, ensuring our events run smoothly throughout, helping direct and co-ordinate all parties involved to deliver an incredible experience
- Collaborating on event concepts with the Oatly Department of Mind Control (ODMC), plugging in with global event and creative colleagues to share ideas and best practices
Requirements
- You’ve got at least 5 years experience in delivering events, from beginning to end
- You’re an organisation and project management expert, able to juggle multiple competing priorities all at once
- You’re a top class (over) communicator, working with key stakeholders externally and internally to keep everything running smoothly
- Your friends would call you a problem solver and a great negotiator, able to resolve roadblocks with practicality and drive
- You’re a top tier operator – this role is rooted in operational excellence, so we need somebody who’s able to connect the big idea to all of the details that matter
- You love working autonomously and don’t need permission to get things done
- You want to be the trusted expert people collaborate with to deliver amazing events
