About the role

  • Own the responsibility of driving the architectural vision and influencing technical direction
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Design and other stakeholders to define the product roadmap
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of different deployments to ensure continuous improvement
  • Actively participate in technology discussions and have a voice in technical decisions across the teams
  • Lead initiatives that improve consistency, reliability and performance across the business
  • Mentor and collaborate with engineers across disciplines
  • Contribute to the evolution of our technology stack ensuring we select the right tools and technologies that prepare the company for the future
  • Engage in hands-on development when necessary to help deliver product iterations

Requirements

  • Have a strong technical background, including 4-6 years of experience designing and engineering large scale systems
