About the role
- Serve as the organization’s chief compliance and HIPAA privacy officer
- Design, implement, and oversee OCHN’s Corporate Compliance Program
- Identify compliance risks and develop corrective action and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate investigations, audits, FOIA responses, and regulatory inquiries
- Partner with Quality, Legal, and Executive Leadership to ensure regulatory alignment
- Report regularly to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board on compliance activities
- Promote a culture of ethics, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, public administration, public health, or related field (JD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of compliance, regulatory, or legal experience
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, public-sector compliance, and behavioral health regulations
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage sensitive matters
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior leaders and boards.
