Business Development Rep

• Own pipeline development across the four core k1xChange personas: GPs and fund managers (PE, VC, RE), LPs and institutional investors, tax and accounting firms, and fund administrators and custodians.
• Build and maintain executive relationships across the alternatives ecosystem. Becoming a trusted advisor, not a vendor, to senior decision-makers (CFOs, COOs, Heads of Tax, Tax Partners, CTOs, Heads of Operations).
• Stand up a new industry consortium in partnership with the President. Identify and recruit founding members, help shape the charter, and drive sustained participation.
• Translate strategic value into economic narratives tailored for each persona . Quantifying working-capital unlock, cycle-time compression, audit readiness, and risk reduction.
• Run discovery and demand-generation campaigns that surface adoption blockers and feed product, partnerships, and marketing priorities.
• Represent K1x in the field at industry conferences, working groups, and roundtables; convert presence into qualified pipeline and consortium engagement.
• Maintain disciplined account plans, forecasts, and CRM hygiene so complex multi-stakeholder deals are legible to leadership and reproducible across the team.

Strategic Business Development Manager

QA Engineer

• You’ll be responsible for implementing and maintaining the test strategy and test plans, and manually testing the product to ensure seamless e2e experiences.
• Beyond testing stories, you will be responsible for the overall quality of the product and will ensure that the application functions flawlessly from the users' perspective.
• Collaborating closely with our Tech Lead, you'll streamline workflows and help organize releases.
• You'll be the decision-maker, giving the green light for each release.
• You’ll collaborate with Engineers to clarify product functionalities and provide them with testing data.
• You’ll be a partner to the Product Manager, gaining insights into the business and project scope to determine quality assurance priorities and to set effective testing strategies.
• In this role, you will work on AI driven applications as well. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in testing AI systems as well.

QA Engineer, Manual

• Support the Product Manager with the preparation of the product specification, user stories, business analysis, prioritization, and other project management activities to enhance the team’s velocity.
• Work closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to define the test strategy, plan, scenarios, and cases, and collaborate on testing requirements and activities as a core part of the business rollout strategy.
• Support the engineering team with product and business knowledge and testing data.
• Actively participate in refinement ceremonies, providing estimations (from the QA side) and uncovering edge cases.
• Drive the whole QA process and testing lifecycle.
• Measure and report key quality metrics to the team and stakeholders.
• Drive the product launch checklist documentation.

QA Engineer – Manual

Social Media Manager

• You'll be the first person at OAK'S LAB whose full-time job is content.
• You're a content creator first and a strong social media manager always. Most of your time goes into actually making things: filming and editing short-form video, repurposing our team's expertise into social formats, designing day-to-day graphics, writing short-form copy.
• But the channels are yours to manage, not just fill. You'll be responsible for the calendar, the community, what gets posted when and why, and what the numbers say about it.
• Our LinkedIn company page and Instagram end-to-end: content calendar, creation, publishing, and community engagement.
• Short-form video production: shooting and editing team stories, client outcomes, office life, technical explainers, interviews. You bring the people in our office into the content.
• Day-to-day graphics for our social channels: working inside the brand system and templates our designer sets.
• Repurposing: turning leadership posts, long-form articles, case studies, and reports into social-native formats so good material doesn't get published once and forgotten.
• Performance tracking: knowing what's working, adjusting, reporting back.
