About the role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across South America, expanding market reach and revenue potential
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales opportunities, maintaining a structured pipeline and driving deals to closure
- Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and online merchants
- Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and negotiations to secure partnerships and close deals
- Manage leads and opportunities within CRM systems, ensuring accurate documentation and pipeline visibility
- Partner with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion rates while staying informed on regional e-commerce trends and customer behavior
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally within e-commerce, digital commerce, or online retail environments
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive
- Strong understanding of online retail, marketplaces, and e-commerce operations, with familiarity with platforms such as Shopify
- Proven ability to manage a structured sales pipeline, close opportunities, and consistently meet revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities with a consultative sales approach
- Experience working with Latin American markets and familiarity with sales automation tools and reporting in fast-paced, remote environments
