About the role
- Identify banks and credit unions looking to grow through digital transformation and core modernization
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve sales targets and strategic goals
- Lead discovery conversations that challenge assumptions and uncover unarticulated business needs
- Act as a trusted advisor by bringing insights on banking trends, digital transformation, and competitive positioning
- Develop innovative, tailored proposals and solution narratives aligned to client objectives
- Drive deal momentum with urgency, proactively managing next steps and removing obstacles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders across financial institutions
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
- Think creatively about deal structuring, partnerships, and go-to-market approaches
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, reporting, and deal progression management
- Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or banking technology
- Strong understanding of banking operations, core systems, and/or digital transformation trends
- Proven ability to develop creative, high-impact proposals and executive-level presentations
- Demonstrated success driving complex deals forward with urgency and ownership
- Highly inquisitive and analytical, with the ability to uncover root problems and challenge conventional thinking
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives
- New logo sales experience
