• Research target accounts and contacts to inform messaging
• Achieve weekly outreach activity targets
• Own post-conference lead follow-up through qualified meeting booking
• Segment and prioritize conference contacts and track conversion outcomes
• Manage nurture programs for prospects not yet ready to engage
• Monitor trigger events and activate timely outreach
• Maintain consistent touchpoints across multi-month buying cycles
• Collaborate with Business Development Directors to prevent relationship gaps
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Business Development Directors
• Support RFP and proposal preparation
• Maintain accurate CRM records for prospect interactions, sequences, and pipeline stages
• Prepare pre-call briefs, account summaries, and meeting materials
• Amplify NXTThing content and industry thought leadership on LinkedIn
• Support outreach templates, sequence messaging, and sales enablement materials
