Performance Marketing

• Manage portions of state and regional Offshore Wind Energy campaigns
• Support the development of select state and regional campaigns across New England, New York, and New Jersey
• Manage the execution of campaign activities and tactics both virtually and in-person
• Nurture existing partnerships and build relationships with new partners
• Serve as a primary liaison to internal staff in the region
• Represent NWF at coalition meetings, in the media, and directly to decision-makers
• Facilitate internal and external education and information sharing on offshore wind transmission policy objectives
• Collaborate with policy staff as needed to provide technical support to partners and coalitions
• Fulfill limited administrative tasks as needed

• Manage all aspects of NWF’s Earth Tomorrow program and support the integration of Eco-Schools U.S.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships centered on equity
• Support the creation of outreach material, communication plans and social media strategy
• Ensure compliance with all NWF youth safeguarding policies and protocols
• Track program outcomes, assess impact, and contribute to reports for funders, partners, and internal teams
