About the role

  • Own and maintain the product backlog for the assigned platform (ConneXon or FARSITE).
  • Work from roadmap priorities, business cases, and business requirements provided by the Head of Product.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as a dedicated member of the scrum team, attending and actively participating in all agile ceremonies.
  • Work day-to-day with users, developers, testers, and analysts to clarify requirements and assist in resolving delivery blockers.
  • Support release readiness for the assigned platform.
  • Ensure validated client, user, and customer feedback is translated into delivery-ready backlog items.
  • Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, and quality.
  • Balance speed, quality, and sustainability of delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Owner within a cross-functional software development team.
  • Strong exposure to agile delivery methods and practices.
  • Proven track record of translating client, user, and customer needs into valuable product features.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Degree-level education, ideally in a technical or related subject (desirable).
  • Experience working on software or technology-led products.
  • Experience or knowledge of systems validation.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in complex, data-driven, or regulated environments.
