About the role
- Help create and develop tabletop and simulation scenarios.
- Create the materials for the exercises (injects, videos, templates, and more.)
- Help develop templates for crisis management plans, incident response plans, playbooks and business continuity plans.
- Conduct research on current trends and best practices in tabletop exercises and simulations.
- Collaborate with the team to understand reporting requirements and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the exercises and post-exercise reports.
- Analyze the exercise data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement in organizational preparedness and execution of the exercises.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Crisis Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in M365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to details.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently but still with guidance.
