Program Manager

• Execute the program plan: identify and assemble the core team, formally kick off the project with customers, and develop a joint project timeline
• Support design-in effort by providing technical collateral and leading engineering design reviews
• Ensure implementation of any customer-required features and drive resolution of all blocking issues
• Ensure timely customer acceptance and production deployment
• Coordinate and lead technical engineering-to-engineering discussions related to system architecture, firmware, device driver, system management, deep learning algorithms, and AI workloads
• Align multifaceted global cross-functional teams (software & hardware engineering, manufacturing operations, product quality, supplier procurement, account executives) to keep product changes to production on-track
• Regularly report program status to customer and executive management
• Identify interpersonal learning opportunities for continuous improvements
• Develop a close working relationship with customer development teams and use creativity to find solutions to their issues
• Lead internal and external technical & operational program execution with major cloud service providers and enterprise customers
