About the role

  • Base OS is the Linux platform used to enable both x86 and arm64 NVIDIA platforms.
  • Your role as the Base OS Engineering Release Lead is to help drive Base OS across multiple programs and products.
  • Work closely with external partners and customers to capture their requests!
  • Partner with Hardware, Software, and Firmware development teams to align on deliverables and priorities.

Requirements

  • BS or Masters in computer science, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.
  • Familiarity with at least one major Linux distro (Ubuntu, RedHat, SLES) is required.
  • Experience with complex system-level debugging is invaluable.
  • Solid understanding of GPU server architecture.
