About the role
- Lead the indirect rebate program for North America and Latin America (NALA), ensuring programs are completed accurately and on time.
- Build and manage rebate offer letters in Salesforce on a quarterly basis, and track acceptance and claims to closure.
- Maintain and update rebate program documentation, incorporating ongoing amendments and policy changes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between NVIDIA and partners for all indirect rebate-related questions and issues.
- Provide onboarding, process training, and ongoing operational support to partners.
- Perform forecast accuracy analysis to support business decisions and improve predictability.
- Own partner analytics and operations for our top 5 partners, identifying insights and opportunities to drive scale.
- Deliver on-demand data analytics to the NALA Enterprise sales team.
- Support the NALA Sales team with ad hoc operational tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service in an operations capacity, ideally in the Enterprise space and preferably within a leading high-tech company
- BS degree
- Strong Excel skills; Experience with Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI are critical
- Keen attention to detail!
- Excellent organizational skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, strong time management, and effective task prioritization.
- Ability to integrate AI tools to improve speed and accuracy expected
