About the role
- Drive automation across the procurement lifecycle. You'll build on existing automations and identify new opportunities to improve efficiency within internal operations and supplier interactions.
- Improve and develop reporting mechanisms for procurement activities, such as order status by project, equipment lead times, contract statuses (SOW, PSA, MSA), and data center capacity lease activities.
- Apply excellent analytical skills to identify trends and patterns, build models, and present findings and recommendations.
- You'll expose business exceptions and unfavorable outcomes through data analysis and develop strategies to mitigate these issues.
- Foster strong business partnerships across a highly matrixed environment, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Vendors, Legal, Business Analysts, Business Owners, and Service Owners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in identifying, improving, and implementing processes across large matrix organizations.
- Successful track record of working cross-functionally with global partners and experience with scaled infrastructure systems.
- Expertise in planning, forecasting methods, and governance within standard enterprise financial processes, procurement processes, and inventory management.
- Strategic problem solver with the ability to act tactically, build consensus, and solve problems.
- You can focus on details while maintaining a broad perspective.
- Diligent and experienced in multitasking in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Minimum of 12 years of procurement-related experience
- BA or BS (or equivalent experience).
