About the role

  • Drive automation across the procurement lifecycle. You'll build on existing automations and identify new opportunities to improve efficiency within internal operations and supplier interactions.
  • Improve and develop reporting mechanisms for procurement activities, such as order status by project, equipment lead times, contract statuses (SOW, PSA, MSA), and data center capacity lease activities.
  • Apply excellent analytical skills to identify trends and patterns, build models, and present findings and recommendations.
  • You'll expose business exceptions and unfavorable outcomes through data analysis and develop strategies to mitigate these issues.
  • Foster strong business partnerships across a highly matrixed environment, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Vendors, Legal, Business Analysts, Business Owners, and Service Owners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in identifying, improving, and implementing processes across large matrix organizations.
  • Successful track record of working cross-functionally with global partners and experience with scaled infrastructure systems.
  • Expertise in planning, forecasting methods, and governance within standard enterprise financial processes, procurement processes, and inventory management.
  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to act tactically, build consensus, and solve problems.
  • You can focus on details while maintaining a broad perspective.
  • Diligent and experienced in multitasking in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Minimum of 12 years of procurement-related experience
  • BA or BS (or equivalent experience).
