About the role
- Leading and enabling our recruitment team to attract exceptional talent across the EMEA region
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing EMEA talent acquisition team
- Define and execute the EMEA recruiting strategy aligned to business goals
- Partner closely with hiring leaders and cross-functional business teams to understand talent needs
- Collaborate deeply with HRBPs, HR leadership, Compensation Partners, L&D, and global program teams
- Drive an exceptional candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience
- Lead all aspects of full-cycle recruitment operations
- Champion recruitment technology, analytics, and employer branding
Requirements
- 5 plus years demonstrable experience leading a distributed talent acquisition function within EMEA
- 12 plus years expertise across core recruiting fields, including early career programs, DI&B initiatives, employer branding, and recruiting operations/technology
- Strong business-side collaborator
- Effective collaboration with wider HR team
- Demonstrated ability to drive experience improvements and influence process, policy, and technology change
- Data-driven leadership
