About the role

  • Leading and enabling our recruitment team to attract exceptional talent across the EMEA region
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing EMEA talent acquisition team
  • Define and execute the EMEA recruiting strategy aligned to business goals
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders and cross-functional business teams to understand talent needs
  • Collaborate deeply with HRBPs, HR leadership, Compensation Partners, L&D, and global program teams
  • Drive an exceptional candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience
  • Lead all aspects of full-cycle recruitment operations
  • Champion recruitment technology, analytics, and employer branding

Requirements

  • 5 plus years demonstrable experience leading a distributed talent acquisition function within EMEA
  • 12 plus years expertise across core recruiting fields, including early career programs, DI&B initiatives, employer branding, and recruiting operations/technology
  • Strong business-side collaborator
  • Effective collaboration with wider HR team
  • Demonstrated ability to drive experience improvements and influence process, policy, and technology change
  • Data-driven leadership
