About the role

  • Manage software licensing agreements, renewals, and compliance with DFARs, FAR, and applicable cybersecurity mandates
  • Ensure optimization of service license utilization, coordinating with procurement management
  • Maintain a centralized license utilization register to ensure alignment with procurement ceilings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Contract Law, Business Management, or equivalent experience in contract administration
  • Expertise in DFARs and FAR processes for software and technology licensing
  • Experience managing enterprise software licenses
  • Experience with DoD licensing agreements and SaaS procurement
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks
  • Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM) Certification preferred
  • Portuguese or Spanish language skills preferred
  • Government IT programs and environments experience preferred
