About the role

  • Produce geospatial and all-source intelligence and analytic products.
  • Assist in data acquisition, geospatial layer management, and quality control of GIS datasets.
  • Perform metadata tagging, source verification, and initial processing of geospatial research inputs.
  • Support dashboard updates, map production, and research documentation efforts.
  • Produce and curate country and regional pages in EDA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or two (2) years of equivalent experience.
  • Experience performing geospatial or all source analysis, research, and production.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and applying AI/ML, data quality, data enrichment, data stewardship, and research processes and techniques.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems and data steward tools, catalogs, techniques, and processes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency stewarding data using NIST, DoD, IC regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated understanding of analytic requirements.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks.
  • Preferred: Esri GIS certifications in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Rest API; Python, R, JSON, HTML/XML, SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and All Source Intelligence analytic methodology.
  • Portuguese or Spanish language skills.
  • Experience with government IT programs and environments.
