About the role
- Leadership and further development of the HR team at the German sites
- Strategic and operational responsibility for all HR matters
- Development and implementation of the HR strategy in alignment with company objectives
- Ensuring compliance with employment law and collective bargaining agreements
- Advising executive management and line managers on all personnel matters
- Supporting transformation and change processes
- Establishing and maintaining a trusting working relationship with works councils
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or service sector
- Solid knowledge of German employment law, collective bargaining law, and collective agreements
- Experience collaborating with works councils
- Strong leadership skills
- Business-fluent German and English
