You will play a central role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.
You will work at the interface between sub-ledger accounting and group consolidation, using Odoo as our primary system.
You will manage intercompany activities and support general accounting processes, including accounts receivable/accounts payable, invoice and payment approvals, and daily transaction processing.
You will be responsible for financial accuracy and compliance in a dynamic, international environment.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related qualification, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., tax clerk, industrial/business clerk)
3–5 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally focused on sub-ledger accounting and intercompany transactions
Certification as a Bilanzbuchhalter (certified financial accountant) is a plus
Experience in the manufacturing industry or international trade is desirable
Solid knowledge of HGB/GAAP/IFRS principles
Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Consolidation experience (required)
Proficient with accounting software (Odoo, DATEV/Lexware) and Microsoft Excel (required)
Experience with ERP systems (required)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
