About the role
- Manage small to medium-sized projects and support Program Managers on larger initiatives within the Enterprise Project Office (EPO).
- Responsible for execution of multiple projects, with a focus on client-facing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, create project plans, and adhere to deadlines.
- Facilitate project meetings, manage deliverables and milestones, and escalate risks and issues.
- Facilitate change requests and update risk and issue logs.
- Provide project communication at all levels within the organization and to clients.
- Elicit technical and business requirements from stakeholders.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate a global workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent required.
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar position or 2+ years being part of project team
- 4+ years of working experience in corporate environment.
- Results-oriented and ability to take initiative.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with PMI, SDLC, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.
- Exposure with IT, non-IT, and client focused project management.
- Experience coordinating cross regional teams simultaneously
