About the role

  • Contribute to the execution of the organic audience strategy for CriticalLeap’s portfolio: which channels to prioritize per title, the creative angle for each release, and how to adapt tone and format by platform (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter).
  • Operate and grow CriticalLeap’s Discord as a hybrid space: a hub for influencers and creators with specific access channels and mechanics, integrated with an active player community.
  • Monitor the Steam Community Hub for active titles: define the response tone, support posting announcements, and maintain CriticalLeap’s editorial voice with consistency.
  • Participate in alignment meetings with partners (global publishers, studios) and with the Marketing Strategist to understand the best content to produce and ensure approvals are secured on time.
  • Execute planning and production of CriticalLeap’s organic content: write scripts and copy together with the Content Producer Jr., define the creative angle for each asset, and review before publishing.
  • Provide the Content Producer Jr. with clear monthly direction: creative focus for the period, priority formats by platform, CTAs and delivery standards, respecting the partners’ approval cycle.
  • Identify organic content with amplification potential and flag which pieces should be scaled via paid media, without directly operating the campaigns.
  • Use Generative AI tools as a capacity amplifier: generate scripts with A/B variations, batch copy, content calendars per game, translations (EN/PT/ES), and Steam announcements.
  • Manage CriticalLeap’s influencer pipeline: apply selection criteria by title and launch timing, brief the Content Jr. for operational execution, and track performance indicators to recommend program adjustments.
  • Work directly on a partner’s creator pipeline in LATAM: manage relationships in English, execute the creator activation strategy, and monitor program enrollments.
  • Monitor creators’ performance based on conversion data (UTM), audience growth and platform results, and report biweekly to the Head of Publishing and weekly to the partner.
  • Track weekly audience growth metrics: watch time, engagement per platform, wishlist velocity per game and creator performance — and translate these data into creative directions for the next cycle.
  • Use Social Listening tools to monitor brand perception, identify content opportunities, and report relevant community changes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Branding, or Communications, preferably at a publisher, studio, or a brand associated with games.
  • Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze audience KPIs and turn insights into creative directions and content decisions.
  • Excellent copywriting skills: ability to write precisely, adapt tone by platform, and review social media content with attention to detail.
  • Fluent English: written and spoken for interfacing with global partners and international agencies.
  • Advanced Spanish: written and spoken for interfacing with creators and partners across LATAM.
  • Proficiency with Generative AI tools for prompt creation, automation of creative workflows and scaling content assets.
  • Experience with Social Listening tools for community monitoring and brand perception.
  • Experience with creator programs: selection criteria, briefing, performance tracking and decisions to scale or pause.
  • Experience with Discord: server structure, moderation, events and growing a hybrid community (creators + players).
  • Strong organization and process rigor: ability to manage workflows with deadlines and clear communication within a structured approval cycle.
  • Pluses: Previous experience at a games publisher — even a small or indie one.
  • Familiarity with the games, tech or entertainment markets.
  • Experience with content or community for Japanese titles, anime or Asian franchises.
  • Portfolio with cases of measurable growth — documented wishlist spikes, activated communities, influencer campaigns with traceable results.
  • Experience with Steam Community Hub and PC launch dynamics (Next Fest, wishlists, key campaigns).
  • Experience with Keymailer, Woovit or equivalent platforms for distributing keys to influencers.
  • Experience building a Discord server from scratch oriented to a product community.
