• Define and lead Nuuvem’s growth strategy, with direct responsibility for CAC, LTV, payback and ROI.
• Lead and develop the Growth team, set priorities and ensure the team is not merely reactive.
• Build, test and validate unconventional acquisition channels, creating organic growth mechanisms and viral loops.
• Own the strategy for acquiring new users, mastering paid media and organic traffic.
• Manage the marketing budget autonomously, prioritizing investments across channels based on return and efficiency.
• Apply innovation and Artificial Intelligence in day-to-day operations, continuously seeking new methods and tools to optimize campaigns.
• Foster an aggressive experimentation culture, evaluating hypotheses to optimize conversion across the gamer journey.
• Ensure growth initiatives are aligned with marketing, product and business objectives.
