About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and lead Nuuvem’s growth strategy, with direct responsibility for CAC, LTV, payback and ROI.
- Lead and develop the Growth team, set priorities and ensure the team is not merely reactive.
- Build, test and validate unconventional acquisition channels, creating organic growth mechanisms and viral loops.
- Own the strategy for acquiring new users, mastering paid media and organic traffic.
- Manage the marketing budget autonomously, prioritizing investments across channels based on return and efficiency.
- Apply innovation and Artificial Intelligence in day-to-day operations, continuously seeking new methods and tools to optimize campaigns.
- Foster an aggressive experimentation culture, evaluating hypotheses to optimize conversion across the gamer journey.
- Ensure growth initiatives are aligned with marketing, product and business objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
- Proven track record of building acquisition channels or mechanisms from scratch.
- Experience leading people and making decisions in in-house Growth or Performance teams.
- Strategic growth mindset connected to revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, payback and ROI.
- Sufficient paid media knowledge to direct a team or agency.
- Builder/tinkerer profile: hands-on use and constant exploration of AI tools and new technologies.
- Comfortable with continuous experimentation and able to validate or quickly kill what doesn’t work.
- Leadership capability, people development experience and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex analyses for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent English for reading international benchmarks and liaising with partners.
