About the role
- Lead outbound prospecting efforts to target key Corporate and Health Plan clients, using creative and tenacious strategies;
- Manage a pipeline of leads and qualify prospects;
- Build and refine lead generation and qualification processes;
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach and improve conversion rates;
- Stay deeply plugged into the market, building expert-level knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to sharpen our go-to-market approach;
- Support and contribute to RFP responses by crafting clear, and compelling submissions that showcase our strengths and differentiation.
Requirements
- Have 3–5+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the employee benefits or healthcare industry;
- Are confident using CRM platforms to manage pipelines, track outreach, and keep data clean and up to date;
- Know how to analyze CRM data to identify trends, prioritize leads, and optimize your outreach;
- Are a clear and persuasive communicator (whether over email, on the phone, or in potential meetings);
- Enjoy crafting tailored messaging that speaks to the specific pain points of prospects;
- Get energized with outbound strategies (cold emails, calls, LinkedIn) and generate a healthy pipeline;
- Are savvy in objection handling, both written and verbally;
- Are passionate about making a real difference in people's health and well-being through innovative solutions.
