About the role
- Represent Agrichem in the SEALBA region.
- Manage distributors and end customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Develop an action plan for the assigned district and manage its performance indicators.
- Be responsible for the entire sales process, including negotiation, order entry, delivery planning and monitoring payment of implemented orders.
- Manage distributor inventory.
- Promote and implement our PAMnutri nutritional monitoring tool among partners and customers, creating a differentiator when selling nutritional products.
- Provide technical/commercial training to our partners and present regional results to partners and end customers.
- Lead demand-generation activities focused on the company's strategic products.
- Conduct training for the distribution network, farmers and regional influencers, aligned with the company's market development department.
- Organize technical events and presentations for clients and partners.
- Responsible for planning and executing an expansion plan together with the market access team and commercial management to increase coverage and market penetration in the territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy (Agricultural Engineering).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office suite).
- Strong interpersonal skills with customers and partners.
- Knowledge of the SEALBA market.
- Experience in the plant nutrition category is a plus.
- Knowledge of HF crops, citrus, corn and sugarcane.
- Comfortable and effective public speaking and communication skills.
