About the role

  • Represent Agrichem in the SEALBA region.
  • Manage distributors and end customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Develop an action plan for the assigned district and manage its performance indicators.
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process, including negotiation, order entry, delivery planning and monitoring payment of implemented orders.
  • Manage distributor inventory.
  • Promote and implement our PAMnutri nutritional monitoring tool among partners and customers, creating a differentiator when selling nutritional products.
  • Provide technical/commercial training to our partners and present regional results to partners and end customers.
  • Lead demand-generation activities focused on the company's strategic products.
  • Conduct training for the distribution network, farmers and regional influencers, aligned with the company's market development department.
  • Organize technical events and presentations for clients and partners.
  • Responsible for planning and executing an expansion plan together with the market access team and commercial management to increase coverage and market penetration in the territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy (Agricultural Engineering).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office suite).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with customers and partners.
  • Knowledge of the SEALBA market.
  • Experience in the plant nutrition category is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HF crops, citrus, corn and sugarcane.
  • Comfortable and effective public speaking and communication skills.
