About the role
- Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory)
- Plan, direct, and manage multi shift distribution
- Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance
- Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service
- Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals
- Provide customer service for internal and external customers
- Ensure safe working environment by enforcing Company standards and following up on regular safety inspections
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agricultural or a combination in supervisory, education, and work experience
- Agricultural based degree desired
- Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
