About the role

  • Provide administrative support to General Manager, Marketing Manager, and Operations Manager
  • Support general manager and marketing manager with meeting arrangements and ordering of office supplies
  • Assist with the support and training of the Location administrative support and operational personnel within the Division
  • Assist with general administration of company policies and procedures
  • Maintain AFE and property files
  • Support field locations and may assist with process/procedures pertaining to Fleet, Legal Contracts and Agreements, Cellphones and other personal devices, and other future applications as needed
  • Generate and provide reports as needed
  • May assist with tracking and reporting data
  • Operate required office equipment & computers
  • May travel to branches on occasion

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Organization skills, written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong skills in task and project prioritization/time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
