About the role
- Provide administrative support to General Manager, Marketing Manager, and Operations Manager
- Support general manager and marketing manager with meeting arrangements and ordering of office supplies
- Assist with the support and training of the Location administrative support and operational personnel within the Division
- Assist with general administration of company policies and procedures
- Maintain AFE and property files
- Support field locations and may assist with process/procedures pertaining to Fleet, Legal Contracts and Agreements, Cellphones and other personal devices, and other future applications as needed
- Generate and provide reports as needed
- May assist with tracking and reporting data
- Operate required office equipment & computers
- May travel to branches on occasion
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Organization skills, written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail
- Strong skills in task and project prioritization/time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
